
Game Master
The Game Master is the voice behind the world: narrator, referee, puzzle-maker, keeper of consequences, and occasional chaos goblin. They bring Hyono, Shizuku, the Ribbetian Bureau of Investigation, and every suspicious squirrel to life while balancing rules, tension, danger, and table laughter.

Frolo
A Fungril bard whose identity is rooted in memory, music, and the people he has loved. Frolo once lived with Alice for forty years, and the corruption around Hyono now threatens not only his home but the memories that make him himself. He is protective, sentimental, and capable of sudden suspicion when the world twists those memories against him.

Elmo
A Galapa druid closely tied to nature, ancient trees, and the vulnerable places that the party passes through. As a druid, Elmo possesses Sage Blood, making him a target for those who would exploit it. He often serves as the party's bridge to the natural world, transforming, scouting, and listening when the forest itself has something to say.

Cuaupy
A Clank cleric with a tinker's memory, a divine connection, and a habit of becoming the party's moral anchor when tensions rise. Cuaupy recognizes advanced contraptions and signatures from his past, prays for guidance, and is often the one who pulls the group back from panic, mistrust, or outright violence.

Frobias
A Ribettian fugitive pursued by the Ribbetian Bureau of Investigation after uncovering secrets involving monarchs, military projects, and forbidden experiments. Frobias is evasive, theatrical, and frequently mistrusted, but he is also a victim of the forces hunting him. His past with the RBI and his lost disciple Andrew continue to pull the party into larger conspiracies.
